About this property

We are located on a culdesac in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ladera Heights. We are in close proximity to all things LA including LAX, beaches, and Sofi LA. We are within 10 to 20 minutes from surrounding cities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. We especially love to host families as we understand the importance of spending quality time together. With that in mind, we have created an environment to make that coming together special. Although our maximum number of overnight guests is 8 you are welcome to have day time visitors but the number of total guests on the property should never exceed 25. Music at ambient level is also acceptable. We ask a few questions before accepting a booking in order to determine the needs of our guests to ensure that we are indeed a good fit. We also welcome inquiries before you book as we are ready to assist in any way we can to ensure you have a great stay!

Beautiful LA location

We booked this property to celebrate my son‘s graduation from UCLA paramedic school in April 2024. Check in process was simple and straightforward. The owner contacted us to let us know. We could check in a couple of hours early. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We had an amazing time celebrating our son and all of his paramedic friends with the expensive indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen and barbecue pit. Hot tub and pool was heated just right we had many hours of family fun without having to book any offsite restaurants or attractions. There are five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The property was much more spacious than I realized, until we arrived. The owner was responsive throughout our visit and we will definitely book again and staying near downtown LA.

Balm in Gilead

The property is simply amazing. It was just what we needed: a lovely retreat where we could heal together. The house was immaculate and charming. From the curb to the rear of the property, there were visual vignettes to delight the eye. The furniture was comfortable, perfect to tarry for conversation, but aerfully arranged to support a semi private retrear ud needed. The spaces flow from one to the other with warmth. Our hostess was accomodating, accessible, and supportive before, during and after our time there. She could bot have done more to make us more confortable. The common areas were the perfect places for us to come together in love and laughter. The kitchen was perfectly appointed for a family meal.

Perfect stay. Wouldn’t change a thing

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for my birthday trip and gathering. It looks even better than the pictures. As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful artwork and design and architecture of the space. It’s also an extremely convenient location. Very close to the mall, Trader Joe’s, and more. The backyard looks like you are in some sort of tropical location. My friends were so happy to get out there and take some nice photos for social media and just relax. I love how there was so much comfortable seating. We were able to gather around the table in the kitchen area to play board games. Folks were able to lounge out on the big comfy couch and talk. And sit outside as well. The check-in process was so smooth. They had a code we were able to easily dial in. And checking out was easy too. Just wanted us to take out the trash and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The host was very communicative and was on call to answer any questions, heat the hot tub, etc. I would happily stay here again, and I know all my friends said that if they were to book another trip like this, they would love to stay here again too!

Excellent stay

Absolutely beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Convenient location for driving to see the coast, tourist destinations and downtown LA. The host is superb. I highly recommend staying here

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The owner was great and very quick to respond with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area! Perfect for four couples!! Would definitely recommend!!
