We have done a complete renovation with new floors, paint, countertops, trim, and more. Plus, all the furnishings are brand new! You will enjoy new furniture, bedding, kitchenware—all with a fun mountain biking theme.

The space
The mountain biking décor celebrates that we have some of the best bike trails in Colorado. There are fun and challenging trails for all skill levels throughout the area, including the neighboring Palisade and Fruita. Our garage has a bike workstation with tools you can use, and there's plenty of room to store your bikes, golf equipment, kayaks, etc., as well as a drying rack for your ski gear.

We offer an inviting open-space layout with two separate living areas, three bedrooms and two full baths with tubs (including a large master suite), full kitchen, breakfast counter, dining room, covered patio area, backyard—and even a portable and height-adjustable laptop table in case you have to do some work.

You also have two parking spaces in the driveway and one space in the street.

Other things to note
Our goal is to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The master suite is very spacious with a King size bed, sitting area, and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a large tub for you to relax right away! The other two bedrooms each have bunk beds (Queen on the bottom and Full on the top). All beds have Beautyrest Lively mattresses by Simmons Beautyrest and hypoallergenic bedding. Plus, the couch in the family room unfolds to another Queen bed.

We include toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, lotion, makeup remover, hand sanitizer, and hair dryers. And you will find a surprise box with "just in case you forgot" additional toiletries.

Each of the two separate living areas has a smart TV (60" and 75") set up with Netflix and Hulu. And you can easily access WiFi by scanning a QR code. We also have books and board games for your use.

Enjoy a cup of Starbucks from the Keurig coffee maker in our fully furnished kitchen. You have a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, blender, waffle iron, hand mixer, electric hot water kettle, toaster, chopper, and plenty of utensils, cookware, dining ware, and glassware to make a wonderful meal.

Make sure you browse through the visitor guides, trail maps, and activity brochures we have in the front room so you can make the most of your time in Grand Junction.

About the host

Host profile image
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, I moved to the California Bay Area when I was 14. I finished High School, completed my undergrad and Master's, and started a business all in California until moving to Grand Junction in April of 2021. I was surprised at how quickly this town became home, and I'm enjoying exploring it!

Joining the Airbnb community was a plan my late fiancé and I made as soon as we moved to Colorado. It's now a reality I'm undertaking on my own in his memory.

In addition to this venture, I am a business coach who works with owners of construction companies to help them grow their businesses without becoming slaves to them. I also take on side consulting projects in the areas of strategy, marketing, and management.

In getting my Airbnb listings together, I find that I genuinely enjoy the furnishing and decorating aspects. I like paying attention to the many details involved in making people comfortable during their getaways.

I love to travel and know how important traveling is to recharge, share new experiences with loved ones, and make new friends. My goal is to provide a spectacular experience! I'm looking forward to being a host and hearing from you.

Enjoy your stay!
Marissa
