LIVING AREA
Enter the remodeled main living space, featuring hardwood floors, high-end furnishings, and modern touches.
After a day of sightseeing, relax in the living room, furnished with a couch and an armchair. Flip through channels on the flat-screen TV and watch favorite shows.
KITCHEN & DINING
Bright-red barstools and an area rug provide pops of color that contrast with clean white cabinets and marbled gray granite countertops in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances are paired with smaller appliances like a blender, coffeemaker, and toaster in this well-stocked kitchen.
The open-concept floor plan makes the chef part of the party! A Dining table seats four (with the ability to expand to six) for meals and card games.
BEDROOMS & BATH

NOTE: This is considered a type of duplex as the other unit on property connects to the back of the house. As evidenced in the reviews, there has never been an issue with noise from the tenant in Unit B. This arrangement has worked great for years!

Catch an indie film or the latest blockbuster at Central Cinema (10 minutes on foot). Browse the selections at Elliot Bay Books (10 minutes on foot), sipping on freshly brewed coffee.
Visit other neighborhood favorites like Molly Moons Ice Cream (11 minutes on foot), Cal Anderson Park (12 minutes on foot), and the Capitol Hill Farmers Market (14 minutes on foot). Downtown Seattle is only a 20-minute walk, so you can easily enjoy popular sites like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and Waterfront Park.

Please note that the annual Capitol Hill Block Party is July 19 - 21. There is a potential for noise and traffic redirection that weekend, but there is also great music!
- Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home, the upstairs bedroom has a great window unit, and there is a downstairs portable unit that can be used in the living space or bedroom, though that north-facing bedroom stays cool on it's own.
