This upper-level immaculate condo has both ocean and bay views. Make your LBI memories in this bright and open, completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Only 13 houses to the beach or a short stroll to the cul-de-sac that offers a bay beach entrance for kayaks, paddle boards, and gorgeous sunsets.

This spacious condo has an open floor plan that features a gourmet kitchen with a full appliance package, seating for 4, and a 65" smart HDTV. Simply open the sliders to enjoy the ocean views while entertaining on the trex deck that features a railing bar with seating for 4. Talk about summer living! The freshly painted spacious bedrooms offer open wall shelving for plenty of storage. The main bath has a custom walk-in shower, an all-in-one washer/dryer, and brand new amenities.

Sleeps 4: 1 full size bed & 1 twin over full bunk bed. All this within a few block of 68th street events, the beach or the bay, playground, water sport rentals, restaurants, and family amusements.

Comes with 2 beach badges and off-street parking. We do not accept pets and unit is non-smoking. Dish detergent, cleaning products and supply of paper towels and toilet paper provided. Linens (sheets, towels and blankets) are not provided.

Great vacation spot!

The house was so cute, clean, perfect location just a few minutes off the bridge and down the block from the beach! We absolutely loved staying here for a family event in LBI! Lauren was extremely helpful and responsive as well! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

The house was so adorable! Very well kept and clean! Its about 10 mins away from the bridge which is super convenient when you've been traveling for a long time. Lauren got back to me with everything from start to finish very quickly. Would recommend!

Great little place it Brant Beach!

Clean, cozy, updated condo in Brant Beach. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, Lauren was extremely nice and very easy to work with.

Great night away

Lauren was very helpful when our GPS took us to the other end of the island instead of her condo, and was super quick to help us! Perfect condo for a night away, very bright, airy and clean.
