Bradenton Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The floors need to be washed as our socks were very dirty. Location easy to get to once we became familiar with area.

Nice, clean, updated property with everything we needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was located with quick access to stores and restaurants. We knew we would have to take extra effort to time traffic right in order to get to the beaches without too much delay, so that was expected. We worked it out. We stayed at this very comfortable apartment which was nicely decorated and had full kitchen and laundry and two full baths. We stayed for 3 weeks and had family visit too for 1 week. Worked out great! Lastly, the property manager was very helpful and easy to reach.

Great Potential

Listing was new to VRBO and had inaccuracies. Wi-Fi address and password were listed incorrectly, but obtained through messaging- not a big deal- and the owner was very quick in responding to it. However, address provided was for the building not the unit- was not given correct unit number before check in which caused serious difficulties especially since our flight caused us to arrive in the middle of the night. Owner did eventually apologize and provide a local restaurant gift card for the bad experience, and VRBO customer service was as helpful as possible even at midnight. I think we were just part of a new learning curve, and all should be fixed now if owner has adjusted the unit address and Wi-Fi information. On the positive side: unit was nicely decorated and very clean- which is always high on my list of priorities. Location worked well, and overall we enjoyed our stay. Despite a rough start, I would still recommend this location as the glitches should be worked out.
