This has been our primary home for the past 6 years, this year we are splitting time between Newport Beach and the Desert. We want to offer our home as a rental to a great family or collective group of friends. We are a retired event planner who has mobility issues, so the primary bathroom is equipped with accessibility devices and we have a lift to help anyone with mobility limitations to access the hot tub.
Why they chose this property
This is a special property with great landscaping and full furnished for entertaining inside and out. Very quit neighborhood, yet 15min to Palm Springs or Palm Desert to enjoy great restaurants and shopping. Very close to SunnyLands, and Mission Hills country club.
