This private residential suite is a delight! Located atop the St. Joseph's Oceanview building, guests enjoy high-end amenities, room to relax, and three outdoor living areas, including a large west-facing deck off the living room with seating that leads to a second private rooftop deck featuring stunning ocean views plus a BBQ patio with seating downstairs in downstairs courtyard (this downstairs space is shared with the building tenants--all other areas private)...you’ll experience the best of the coast right at your doorstep. Yet, the space feels private and calm above the "hustle" of downtown, with off-street parking and an RV hookup.

The main en-suite bedroom offers a king bed with private bathroom, large walk-in cedar closet, and charming barn doors that separate the sleeping space from the living area. The second bedroom is a separate studio with private entrance, tall ceilings, two twin beds (convertible to a king), a double bed, full bathroom with shower, microwave, and refrigerator.

Wonderful Space and Perfect Location!

Clean, spacious with great ocean view and two observation decks. Perfect location to all downtown restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable and great showers! We stayed 10 days and enjoyed every minute! We will definitely stay here again.
