Welcome to an amazing Sandestin condo at Beachwalk Villas in Miramar Beach. 5052 features a beautiful open concept 1st floor with lake views. Grab your favorite drink and head on the back patio to relax with the peaceful vistas surrounding you!

The large kitchen has plenty of storage and counterspace. There is room for 3 at the bar and 4 more at the dining table. Keep the conversation flowing from the kitchen area into the living room where there's a large chaise sectional. The perfect spot to watch TV or relax with family.

Also on the 1st floor is a convenient half bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a full sized washer and dryer as well as the 2 king bedrooms. Both with private bathrooms.

On top of the great accommodations at Beachwalk Villas 5052, you're in an incredible location for beach access, shopping, dining and entertainment. You're just .5 miles to the beach and local favorite, The Beach House. A great spot to grab a drink, some food and live music. Want to take a dip in the pool? Just cross the bridge over Horseshoe Lake and you'll be refreshed in no time.

Beach Access:
Head out of the complex and south onto S Sandestin Blvd. This will end at a large parking lot where you'll then find the path and boardwalk to your beach access.

Easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment at Baytowne Wharf - the options are endless! An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location! Everything about the property was great, except upon arrival there was a strong smell in the condo and specifically in the couch throughout the stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was in perfect location. Close to beach and Baytowne Wharf. The unit had good space. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and well done. Kitchen cookware could be updated/replaced, as well as sofa was very worn. Overall, an adequate unit in good location.
