Featuring an award-winning resort-style pool, custom-built cabanas and outdoor fire pits - there is a chance you may second guess a day at the beach! Begin each morning with gourmet coffee, specialty drinks and a 5-star breakfast directly on the spacious pool deck (don't worry, brunch and lunch are also waiting for those of you who aren't up with the Sunrise). The start of 30A's paved, 19 mile bicycle trail sits at the resorts' front door while the nearest beach access is only a 5-minute walk away!

Located on the 4th floor, looking over the upscale resort-style pool is "The Pointe 344". This spacious 2-bedroom condo features 1200+ square feet of carefully designed furnishings intended to promote relaxation. The open concept floor plan allows guests to enjoy each other's company in the living area while preparing a meal in the kitchen with high-end, stainless-steel appliances. The dining-style kitchen bar offers seating for 4 with additional outdoor dining on the balcony. The living room features a large, flat-screen TV and comfortable couch for a cozy spot to relax. For added convenience, this unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

Featuring the newest rooftop bar on 30A; complete with ample lounge furniture, dining areas, flat-screen TV, fire pit and a great selection of beers and wines - this is the perfect spot to conclude each day of your vacation. For those travelers serious about their fitness, you don't have to skip a beat while staying at The Pointe 344. The onsite fitness center is equipped with a peloton bike, mirror virtual trainer, free weights, cardio equipment, flat screen-TV's and spa towels (for a proper cooldown). Drive a Tesla? Got ya covered! Electric vehicle charging stations have been incorporated into the parking lot to support electric vehicles.

Sliding barn doors lead into the queen bedroom off of the living room, a spacious suite featuring a private bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The king balcony suite features an attached office nook, perfect for guests who choose to work remotely. It has a king bed and private entrance to the balcony, allowing for plenty of sunshine and natural light. It's spacious, ensuite also features dual vanities, a walk-in shower plus a separate soaking tub with a window looking into the bedroom. The living room sofa pulls out to offer additional sleeping accommodations for 2 guests as well.
