Serenity is in store at this nature lover’s paradise, located right on the Myakka River. With access to lots of interlocking waterways, it’s easy to spend your days fishing on the boat, or just enjoying the Florida sunshine. If you’d rather stay close to home, spend the afternoon watching the sunset over the mangroves from an Adirondack chair on your private, 30-foot dock. The private, enclosed swimming pool also offers the perfect perch for an idyllic day, but if you do want to venture out, the beach at Manasota Key is around 11 miles away, and the hiking trails of the Myakka State Forest are right in your back yard.

Inside, highlights include an open, airy floor plan, coastal decor, and lots of space to spread out. The sleek, modern kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to whip up a feast. There’s room for everyone at mealtime between the breakfast bar, dining room table, and alfresco table on the lanai.

After a day on the water or at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then come inside to bask in the central AC. Toss any laundry in the washer/dryer, then fire up the grill and take advantage of the outdoor kitchen to cook up the day’s catch. Watch a bit of TV before bed, pop a movie in the Blu-ray player, or use the free WiFi and desk space to catch up on remote work. After another dip in the pool or a sundowner on the lanai, call it a night in any of three well-appointed bedrooms. The peaceful getaway you crave awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
