Bad communication

The owner obviously knew he had issues and did not contact us until we showed up with no place to stay. I understand things happen sometimes. But the lack of communication and waiting till we showed up is unacceptable… he says a pipe broke and left the other guest stay longer , so on there check out day they should be out by 10. He decided to let them stay a few more days ? Or did this happened earlier and he didn’t communicate with us given us options. ? The whole story sounds strange, other owners, I know in the area agreed. Do better

Perfect stay

The house was perfect, had my whole family , 9 adults , my teen daughter and my baby grandson, very comfortable and the space was great, only hick up was the refrigerator wasn’t working good the freezer was not working and the fridge was not cooling , but everything else was great, super clean
