This cozy unit in Renton is close to Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and SeaTac airport. It's a perfect spot for business travelers as well as a comfortable place to stay for a quick vacation. Whether it be visiting the beautiful nature sites around the area - Mt Rainier, or enjoying the bustling city life in Seattle/Bellevue, this place is conveniently located for all your destinations.

Note: This is a basement unit (ceiling lower than standard), may be tight for people 6ft or taller (sorry!). Although this is a basement unit, we are very mindful of our guests downstairs!

You can access the garage to the washer and dryer through the back kitchen door. If you are unsure how to use it, please message me!

No overnight guests larger than the booking number please. If you would like to have people over, please let me in advance and modify the reservation. There is an extra guest fee for 4 or more people and if there are more guests than the booking number.

Cute little place

My daughter and I were in town for a concert, so we just needed a little place for one night. We felt very safe here and it was a nicely converted basement. It has a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Everything was clean and well marked. The property manager had great communication and was very clear with check in instructions.
