Clean, quiet, and close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The ease to get downtown was great! It was nice to have the garage for easy access to the property. Only experienced issues with the main bedroom fan not working. Having some instructions to work it would be good. The kitchen was beautiful and access to the dishes was great! I would absolutely stay again. Lovely unit!

Very comfortable and clean home.

Our unit was everything it was supposed to be. Our bed was the most comfortable one I have ever had while renting a place. I was thrilled. The heat hadn’t been on before we arrived, and we couldn't get it to work until someone came over the next day. Very chilly except when under the cozy covers. Someone came over the next morning after we called and they did fix it. There was a shortage of towels, but that too was remedied. All in all it was a comfortable stay, our unit was very clean and the staff remedied the issues. I could easily recommend it.

Colorado State Visit-School Track Camp

1st time to visit Colorado/Colorado State University and the town. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The town was beautiful at night with all the Christmas lights up.
