Our chic home features an open floor plan that is well appointed throughout with all brand new decor.  Everything is set up perfectly with everything you need to make this the ideal home away from home. The great room includes a comfortable sitting area for binging your favorite show.  The couch folds out into a Queen size bed for your extra guests.

The contemporary kitchen features high end appliances and both drip and single cup coffee makers.  Brand new granite countertops have generous space and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the culinary tools you will need to prepare and serve home cooked meals.  There is a dining table that seats 6 and has a gorgeous view of the backyard paradise.

The house will sleep 8 people.  The elegant primary suite has a king bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a TV and shares the second bathroom with bedroom 3.  The third bedroom features a Queen bed.  There is also a Queen sized air mattress and the living room couch turns into a Sofa bed for the additional two guests.

The laundry room has a washer/dryer set.  There is parking for 2 vehicles in the attached garage, plus 2 additional parking spaces on the driveway.  Bring your boat, the air conditioned RV garage has a 35 ft space available for guest use, or park your boat in the driveway!
