Your host
We're a family of four who loves to travel—a writer and IT professional and our two daughters. We enjoy living in this quiet corner of Evanston near Northwestern University and Lake Michigan.
Why they chose this property
Our house is in a progressive and diverse university town about 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. Our neighborhood is close with a lot of families and young children, and we enjoy being able to walk to the downtown area as well as the lake and get quickly into Chicago. We have a spectacular Ba'hai Temple nearby as well as theater companies and the Chicago Botanic Gardens about 20 minutes north of here (and accessible by train).
What makes this property unique
Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac across from a golf course that is like a park.
The house was recently renovated with modern amenities and has a large back yard.
We are within walking distance of shops, downtown Evanston and Lake Michigan.
