There are a few things that should be known about this property up front.
Check in - need to sign a lenghty stay policy and send the company pictures of all renters with their licenses prior to check-in. The lock code was never emailed on check-in day in their "Guestbook" and so I had to call the company. They told me I wasn't paid in full (I was) and still owed money before getting the code. Finally, the error was found and code was messaged to me.
After specifically asking (there is no parking info in the "Guestbook") , we were told there was no on the street parking and purchased parking via SpotHero a 12 minute walk away. But, when we got there, there definitely is street parking if you can find a space.. but weekends ONLY.
There is no living room at all and there were multiple boxes and stuff in the dining area. There was alot of garbage in the backyard. Multiple towel racks broken in the bathroom and the toilet make alot of noise because it was loose.
Apartment was generally clean, beds were comfortable, closet space good in most rooms.. if you can open doors. Neighborhood is nice. Lots of college students.
