The Space:
Step into this home and soak up the mix of vintage and modern charm as you walk into the front hallway. Before you arrive at the open-concept kitchen/living/dining space, make use of the rustic hall tree to hang your coats and outdoor items before settling in. The intimate layout of the living space on the main level makes it easy to stay connected with your friends and family no matter your activity of choice! In the living room area, enjoy taking in a show or movie on the mounted smart TV while relaxing on the custom sectional sofa. Complimenting the space is a large coffee table, two side tables with lamps, and one free-standing lamp in the corner, offering the perfect amount of lighting for a cozy ambiance. Connected to the living room is the kitchen/dining space. The updated kitchen with beautiful cabinets and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a roll-away island provides a bright and comfortable space for preparing a meal. To the side of the kitchen is a long wooden dining table underneath a bright window where you will find seating for 6.

When you’re ready to settle in for the night, you will find the master bedroom with a spacious, queen-size bed, views over downtown, and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom features a well-designed combination of modern and vintage decor as well as a bedside table, seating bench, ample closet and storage space, and a mounted smart TV. The full-size, en suite bathroom is a bright space with beautiful white tiles and features a single sink vanity, a walk-in shower with striking tile work, and plenty of towel racks and shelves to keep your items tidy.

Up the staircase located in the living room, you will come to a second bedroom and en suite bathroom. This room takes up the entire second level of the home and is a well-appointed and inviting space with two cozy, twin-size beds, along with a queen bed. The room includes a small bookshelf and two dressers offering enough space for everyone sharing the room to store their items. Attached to the bedroom is a full bathroom that has a high ceiling and skylight, lovely white tile work, a single sink vanity, a towel rack, and a walk-in shower. The bathroom includes an additional door where you can also exit and enter the unit.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and just one block from Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.

Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
