The Area:
The house is only 6 miles from the beautiful Emerald Coast beach! Also, within our neighborhood it’s a five-minute walk to small beach on the bay where small boats can also be launched at no cost! There are at least 5 other launches nearby for larger boats. Nearby are state parks, museum, 3 golf courses, the Gulfarium Marine park, Okaloosa pier, Okaloosa island beach access, Destin Harbor walk, putt-putt golf courses, go cart tracks, adventure park, and MANY fun things to do within 15-minute drive! If you adventure further, you can drive down scenic 30A to Panama City or to Navarre and Pensacola to the West. I recommend you check out the many Destin travel videos on YouTube. One in particular by Tampa Aerial Media is extremely detailed and even shows you the prices of the various activity and event options.

The Home:
The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with absolutely no through traffic. Great for your peace, relaxation and safety of your children. This home was recently totally remodeled and is FULLY furnished for your vacation! Large 2,100 square ft home with 3 bedrooms. Master has a large King bed. Second bedroom with a Queen and third bedroom with 2 twins. Two bathrooms. The master has a walk-in shower. Massive open area with kitchen, dining room and living room combined for plenty of room to spread out. Large modern washer and dryer.

The Pool and Backyard:
Brand new pool going in NOW! The old pool was 12 feet deep and a hazard. This new one is only 4 1/2 ft at the deep end. Perfect and safe for the entire family. As of 29 April, the liner is in place and it is being filled. They then geal coat the sides (paint them) and it should be ready for swimming by 4 May for guests to enjoy. I do however, require all adult guests to sign safety and release waiver for them, their guests and their children. See rental agreement for details. The outbuilding has its own bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower for your use when enjoying the pool. There are several chairs, tables and area to spread out by the pool or under cover by the back of the house. The grill is available for your use as well.

Need Extra Space?
If you have more than 6 guests, you can also rent the newly built cabana (mini apartment) by the pool for small additional fee. It has a new Queen bed and pullout sofa as well as its own in unit refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator with downstairs bathroom.

Other Amenities:
You get much more than any standard rental. We provide a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee and some drinks. The remodeled kitchen not only has all what you would expect but also includes extra amenities such as air fryer, rice cooker, and MANY cooking containers and utensils. Cupboard is full of pots, pans, dishes and everything you would have at home, plus more! You can borrow an extra fold-out table for your grilling. I also have probably dozen beach towels, a beach umbrella, floaties, inner tubes, several coolers and plenty of extras you can borrow for the pool or the beach!
