Needs met for a basic price.

We had a great time. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We had most of the things we needed to make ourselves at home and enjoy our time there. That being said, you should know that the place is aging and could use some love. Some of the flooring transitions are loose, the master shower drips incessantly, the toilets runs, and some of the window blinds are damaged. There is a good layer of dust gathered on the return air vent. There are only 4 coffee mugs and only a 5 cup (not the regular sized 12 cup) coffee pot and only one wine glass in a townhome that sleeps 9 people. You will be asked to perform a few light housekeeping duties before you leave. This place was a good deal compared to other available properties nearby, so we felt like we got exactly what we paid for.

The beds were extremely soft, one bed was broken in the center. The ceiling is cracked and falling in. It’s not as expected and run down. Even the flooring in the kitchen/dining room was coming up from water damage.

It is a perfect property. Great neighborhood, large townhouse, well equipped, clean. We were in town for the eclipse and had a great stay.
