Brand new construction -modern beach house in amazing location on the beach front, only 50 meters walk to the most popular beach in Los Angeles, Venice Beach. GERM FREE - DISINFECTED ENVIRONMENT - SAFE AND CLEAN-We are on a beach alley literally steps from the beach, where you can walk up and down the boardwalk of Venice Beach. Modern fixtures - high end appliances - spacious bedrooms - luxury furnishings. Private 1 car parking on the right side garage. Private patio w/outdoor dining area & BBQ.

The Space
We provide a germ free – private environment – all sheets and surfaces are totally disinfected w/bleaches and hydrogen peroxide.

Location and Modern Luxury Combined - our place is the best of both worlds.
We spared no expense here on modern fixtures, appliances, and furnishings. The place itself is brand new, so you will be the first in 2020 to live here. Its clean, spacious, and the w/a full kitchen and bar with high end appliances. The bedrooms are large w/2 luxurious full baths. We have an outdoor shower in our side porch as well (a third shower) so that when you come back from the beach you can rinse off the sand before you come in. We have large HDTV and netflix included, and a comfortable mid-century modern leather sofa to watch it on. We have a six person glass dining table that can expand or contract for number of people.

We have full Chef's Kitchen w/large kitchen island and 3 person bar seating. High end appliances and an oversized fridge so you can keep your trip well stocked. You have everything you need to cook and serve and entertain before you go on your beach adventure. Of course you will also want to check out the many cafes, brunch places and dinner hot spots up and down Venice Beach or Abbot Kinney.

Our full baths are spacious w/stainless steel and chrome touches w/ rainfall shower heads. One full bath has a double sink, and the other a nice shower seat as well. The large contemporary mirrors in the bathrooms are "touch activated" to light up i modern fashion.

The house is between two beach alleys. You enter from the sidewalk by foot from 25th Ave, and the garage you enter from 24th Ave. The garage is a 1 car parking on the right side garage.

The second floor is a separate flat owned by the owner, and that one is off limits.

The front patio is private, and has an outdoor dining area w/Sunbrella and BBQ. You can keep the sliding doors open to open the place up to get that indoor an outdoor feel.
