Roomy one-bedroom, with a clawfoot tub & double-living room that can easily hold a huge air mattress. Perfect for Jazz Fest or any Fairgrounds event, since you're literally a block away! You have an entire half of a duplex, with a fenced yard, firepit and great porch, in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and pubs. Walk to City Park & Treme, easily bike (there's one for your use!) to the Quarter, Bywater, Garden District and CBD. Located on a safe street with friendly neighbors. MUST LOVE CATS. For July, my friendly indoor/outdoor calico will likely share your home.
