This one bedroom apartment in the heart of Savannah is perfect for couples and solo adventurers alike. Located in central Savannah. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Enjoy a cozy night in with a king-size bed. The apartment has been updated with modern, stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer makes it easy to stay on top of laundry. This apartment is the perfect base while you enjoy all that Savannah has to offer.

Trash Day is every Tuesday morning.

During Summer, please keep vents in all rooms open and don't close them. Hot air raises, so during the day, best to keep fans circulating to produce air movements throughout the house.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.

Please be aware that if you are bringing a pet, the pet must be crated at all times when you are not inside the home with them. You must bring your own crate. Also, please don't forget to pick up after your pet.

Good

The location wasn’t the best, and there were palmetto bugs coming out of the fireplace. Not the owners fault but a shock to someone new to the south. I texted her and she had someone out that night to exterminate. Overall pleasant experience.
