Old , large farm house with large bedrooms (plenty of extra floor space) and 2 !/2 baths. Upstairs bath needs a hold-on in the tub . down stairs bath is located in back hall area. When we arrived we noticed glass fragments on floor of shower. Cleaned Looked as though shower door had broken and was replaced with a curtain. Worked though. Only one small injury due to glass. . Overall the house was great. The house must have been great at one time. I would have been interested in a small history of the place.
The property was a great place to stay and gather with friends. It was able to accommodate a bunch of people with enough space for everyone to get their own bed and more space leftover! Many of my friends raved about how comfortable the beds were! It was in a good location, not far from ATV rentals or the White Mountains. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to return.
This getaway was exactly what we’re looking for! Nice remote area but close to where you need to get to if you have our host was amazing, and easy to communicate with. I look forward to staying again.
I had a lovely weekend getaway catching up with college friends. This is a lovely historic property tucked away in a scenic part of Maine. The property is spacious and and cozy, perfect for a week on the mountain or just to relax and hit the hot tub. Josh is a super-star host!
