This charming adobe home is unique in the meandering yet cozy spaces and has been featured in local media and national magazines. Filled with custom painting, including an Italian style fresco in the dining room, the dining and sun rooms flow to the outdoors through french doors that open to the patio. The living room features a working fire place and baby grand piano in an elegant setting with exposed beams. The kitchen opens to the den in a family friendly space. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms and a walk in closet/study area with built in desk and shelves. Located in the 7th Avenue Historic District, we are 2 doors down from the parkway, an easy walk to Cherry Creek with refined dining, yoga and world class shopping. A few blocks from the bike path that takes you directly downtown, the neighborhood feels like a small town in the heart of a big city.

Magical!

Unique, beautifully curated home with comfortable furnishings and set in an idyllic neighborhood with lovely outdoor spaces. Our stay was fantastic with with cozy bedrooms and linens made for a restful nights sleep. Walking distance to several coffee shops for a brisk morning walk and a cup of joe. So magical we even were greeted by a wild bunny rabbit on the front lawn! Thanks for creating such a unique home and sharing it with us!
