Home with lap pool, hot tub, and wonderful views

Welcome to our desert house! This is home when we're not in town. Please treat our home as nicely as you would your own, bring a book, and enjoy your stay. All furniture in the house today is brand new.

House Info:

Lap Pool - Pool is serviced every Monday, Water temp is ~50 degrees right now. Your choice to go in. ~3 Feet Deep. Pool interior and exterior deck was recently renovated. Tanning ledge is tiled and please do not run as it could be slippery. Please be careful on the in-pool loungers as well.

Pool Heater - Pool can be heated for additional $500 per stay of 5 nights. We need 2 days notice to start the heating process. Pool can be heated up to 90 degrees.

Hot Tub / Spa - Can be operated once a day for 5 hours (maximum) by request for additional $75 daily rate. We need 2 hours notice to start the heating process. Hot Tub can be heated up to 104 degrees.

Sonos Sound System - Outdoor & Indoor Speaker System

The Smart TV (s) does not have cable or an antenna, it is used for online streaming. To watch your personal online streaming apps, just sign into any of your personal accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, news channels, etc.). Be sure to sign-out when you leave!

All beds are memory foam mattress.

Humidifier - House is equipped with whole house humidifier to ease indoor dry air in the winters. It's set at 45% indoor humidity. Portable humidifier are also available for spring/summer days. We're from Chicago and living in dry air is still a big transition.

Sleep Sound Machine - We have 1 sound machine and ear plugs available if needed.

Walking distance to Park & Hikes

I have a third room at lower level that I could make available (upon request) if you have extra people for additional fee.

Dust from Street Construction - Place is prepared and cleaned for your stay but please be aware there is dust that's unfortunately travelling inside the house. I would like you to be aware in case it is deal breaker.

Garbage Pickup - You will hear loud dump truck noise on Monday & Friday Mornings.

Potential Airplane Sounds - We are in opposite directions from AFB but just be aware in case there is special training and/or air & water show

Coyotes & Wildlife- It's highly likely you would hear Coyotes at night.

Pool Cleaning Services - Every Monday, between 8-10am, our pool guy, services and clean the pool. He will (only) stay outdoor for 10-15 minutes and will not require your permission/signature.

Windows Blinds - Living & Dining area windows are currently not shaded. Smaller windows in the bedroom are also not shaded.


Internet - WIFI connection is approx. 10 up and 40 down.
