We never stayed at this property. Upon arrival, we found other guests staying there. Because there are fees which they did not refund, I am out nearly $900 due to their mistake (which they promptly admitted).
So, cannot speak to items such as cleanliness, as the house was dirty due to the current residents. The location is poor and the house in the photo appears much brighter in color than it did in person.
In addition, even though I did not stay here, I continue to get automated (I am guessing) emails about trash day, check out, etc.
I do want to point out that, when I contacted the manager about the problem of people living in the house we had rented, he was polite, prompt to admit their error, and immediately agreed to a refund. However, the refund doesn't represent the total amount I spent, so I'm a VERY dissatisfied VRBO customer.
