Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Disappointed

We never got to stay because we booked a few days before and we drove from El Paso, TX to Shenandoah, LA. We arrived early at 7am,so we visited family until 3pm check in came around, and around 11am I received a message telling me that was stay was cancelled.
