The Space:
Our fabulous home is cheery, equipped, and in a great location with easy access to all of the DC and VA highlights via the Metro sub station within walking distance. Stay here to get a local's experience, and skip the hotel room -- you won't miss it!

This rental is an entire private 2-bedroom single family residential home conveniently located only minutes walk to Pentagon Row. You can find everything from a Harris Teeter supermarket and great restaurants to plenty of shopping and also a Costco Wholesale Store.

There is 1 bathroom with tub and shower that our cleaners keep impeccably clean.

There is a dedicated workspace, in a separate area of the home, where there is a desk and chair for you to catch up on your work emails in a quiet space, or simply surf the web to read up on your next adventure, or relax here with a good book.

Whether you're in town for work or play, our place is accommodating and conveniently located to suit everyone's needs.

The Neighborhood:
With literally hundreds of stores and restaurants, Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, the Pentagon Row shopping and entertainment complex, and Pentagon Centre offer an incomparable shopping experience for all: designer-clad fashionistas, avant-garde trend-setters, and those who just like to keep it simple.

Located just minutes from the nation's capital in Arlington, and a stop on the Yellow and Blue lines of the region’s Metro system, Fashion Centre is one of the most popular shopping and tourist destinations in the Washington, D.C. region. The lineup of stores and restaurants includes some of the most sought after names in retail. Avenues of fashion and boulevards of style await, including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Apple, Coach, Michael Kors, Tourneau and Garrett Popcorn Shops. The annual October Mosaic International Showcase is a unique event that celebrates the diversity of its shopper population and invites people to submerge into various cultures with food samples, live musical performances from neighboring dance groups, arts and crafts and more.

Arlington’s Pentagon City neighborhood is also home to two American treasures: the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial, honoring the 184 people who died there during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack, and the Air Force Memorial, commemorating the service and sacrifices of the men and women of the United States Air Force. ** The house shares a common wall with my neighbor that has young children. So the quiet hours are taken extremely seriously, and there can be absolutely no loud gatherings at the home. You risk cancellation before your checkout date if we receive any noise complaints from the neighbors **
