No additional guests are allowed that are not included in the reservation. If there are additional guests not listed on your reservation you will be charged.

NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.

RESPECT - As with anywhere you stay, please be respectful of the property and people you encounter. Treat the home as you would if it belonged to a close friend.

QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).

PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Sparkling clean, well appointed, beautiful home!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property! The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. There’s nothing a person could want for; it’s all there. It’s newly renovated and no stone was left unturned in the process. The decor is very tasteful & not overdone. Beds were comfy and we really felt relaxed while we were there. Definitely worth a 5 star rating! I highly recommend.

Nice property with a few issues

The property was nice but we could not get in the property on time. There were issues such as freezer door not properly installed, thermostat for back of house did not seem to work, pantry door off track and two water leaks( one in bedroom & in one in bathroom. The host was contacted but she replied she could not call me about these issues. I’m sure because it was a holiday but for reassurance I would have appreciated talking to someone even if the problems could not be addressed. I have rented many VRBOs. Usually there are things provided that the host did not have, such as a welcome letter with operating instructions, trash location, check out expectations, little things like salt & pepper, body wash in showers. I think the host needs to address customer expectations promptly.
