Our favorite

We love this place! Right on the beach, clean, safe, and absolutely beautiful. There is not a TV in the 2 middle floor bedrooms as listed, but it was not a problem when you have the beach right outside your door! Miriam was absolutely amazing and Ulisses the security guard is always our favorite as well. We will be back soon!

Best part of Cancun Visit

Villas Nizuc was great for a relaxing stay. Miriam and staff were excellent. It’s on the quiet south end of the hotel zone. It’s clean with great views, good kitchen, etc…. It is 3 stories, so be ready for stairs. Very good value and they make you feel at home!

Amazing

Miriam was a wonderful host. She greeted us at the property, explained everything in the condo and gave us a map of the hotel zone along with places of recommendation. The vacation was so very much needed, and this place was a dream come true! It was so much fun hanging out on the porch playing cards, drinking, listening to the waves and enjoying the warmth of Cancun! The condo had everything we needed and was so accommodating to our needs. We also had At your service Cancun pick us up from the airport and drop us off. This service was arranged with the help of Miriam. We also had a nurse come right to the condo for our Covid tests to get back to the US....WOW, convivence!!! We enjoyed some of the local restaurants in the area and rode the bus a lot to go up the hotel zone! If we decide to come back to Cancun, we would defiantly choose this place again. It is such a quiet place to come and relax or play!
