Peter Bay Estate is one of the few parcels of pristine North Shore land that was not deeded to the Virgin Islands National Park. It is one of the very few St. John properties with a private white sand beach. Villa Cinnamon Breeze is private, tranquil, and surrounded on all sides by the Virgin Islands National Park. The views from Villa Cinnamon Breeze are breathtaking, the Villa is ultra luxury, and famous world-class beaches are 3-10 minutes away.
