Located in a prime location, this spacious home is within easy driving distance of both JAX Beach and American Beach. When you aren't sticking your toes in the warm sand, head to William Sheffield Regional Park for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, walking, and picnicking. When you want to shop, head to the River City Marketplace for delicious food and vibrant shops.

The living room of your retreat boasts plush leather seating and a large TV. The adjacent full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. The adults are sure to enjoy the separate bar space, and your entire family will appreciate the sizable dining tables - extending family time to mealtime.

Each of the bedrooms features contemporary decorations and soft linens. After a day in the sun, sink into the spa-like soaking tub for well-deserved relaxation. Additional interior perks include children's games, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

As evening nears, head outside and enjoy the radiant Florida sunshine from the private patio. Paired with a barbecued meal prepared on the gas grill, the memories curated here will surely be unforgettable.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
