Privately nestled in the woods, Bait's Motel is a spacious property with plenty of room to spread out. Updated in 2023, the home has variety of comfortable spaces for gathering, relaxing, and playing.

The open-concept floor plan creates a sense of airiness and flow throughout the property. The step-down living room has is a welcoming space, with a Smart TV and decorative fireplace, adorned with large windows adjacent to the open aired porch. A full-sized air hockey game sits next to the living room for indoor fun and has a dry bar for convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has been thoughtfully supplied to cater to your culinary needs. It features stainless appliances, ample counter space, and window seating. For al fresco dining, a screened porch sits just outside the kitchen area. In addition, there is a more formal dining table with plenty of seating.

Bait's Motel offers three well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, each providing a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights. The large primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms offer a queen and two twin rooms and share a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Downstairs is a media room with another TV, as well as an office upstairs with a desk, oversized chair, and recliner. Many family games are in the office as well.

A porch swing is on the exterior next to the Weber propane grill. In addition, a full-size stand-alone freezer is inside, and an additional fridge is in the garage.

The home comes with three golf carts: a 6-seater, a 4-seater and 4-seater convertible.

Despite its seclusion, the property is conveniently located near South Beach, BHI Club and the market/shops.

A BHI Club house Membership (dining and pool only) is available for separate purchase.

Great location and beautiful home

This home is conveniently located mid island with easy access to the beach and the shops by bike or golf cart. The house was amazingly clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. It has a lovely modern feel to it. Lots of outdoor space for sitting and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

The perfect getaway

The pictures did not do this property justice. Beautiful layout nestled in the woods. Within walking distance of the beach and Jailhouse Provisions/Midway coffee. The 3 golf carts and bicycles gave us all the perfect options to explore the island. The swing and air hockey table were the perfect bonus for the teenagers. To offer some feedback. The golf carts were a little wonky to charge (the detailed instructions on the kitchen table helped manage expectations). The outside trash was in need of some maintenance - covered in spiders and bugs. That aside, loved this place! Plan to book here again next year. Thank you for sharing this home.

Fantastic home!

We loved our stay at the Bait’s Motel! The home was very newly renovated and all of the amenities were brand new. All of the rooms were spacious and well decorated, and the kitchen had every convenience you would have wanted. Inside, there were tons of board games and a super cool air hockey table. Outside, there was plenty of gear for adventuring including bikes and beach chairs. And three golf carts was a huge plus! Location was fantastic - just a short ride to the market or the beach. Communication with the owners was timely and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others!
