There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, and we have added lots of fun amenities to ensure our guests are never bored! Beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was fully stocked with necessities and was clean. I loved how close it was to everything we planned to do. The owner responded quickly to questions and was very accommodating.

Needs some TLC

This place provided a place to sleep, but leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, it needs a deep clean and fresh coat of paint inside. Walls were dirty, cobwebs with dead flies in window corners, pedestal sink pulled off the wall, nearly every towel ring falling off the wall, polyester bedding everywhere, two washcloths when it sleeps six, no extra towels for the hot tub, which smelled strange, of the few things we used in the kitchen, the cookie sheet, a fork and bowl were dirty. Cold downstairs and hot up with lots of condensation on windows. Fireplace is wood, so we couldn’t use it easily either. The garage was damp and musty, not a place where you’d want to hang out to play ping pong. Looks like the whole place was outfitted at a dollar store or second hand. We were asked to strip the beds before checkout, which revealed old, stained pillows as a finishing touch. Too bad because it’s in a decent location with easy access to things.

Everything we were looking for

This lovely house is as advertised. The hot tub was on the smaller size but was easy to use. Our only complaint was that the heating/cooling was a little odd, with the upstairs significantly warmer than the downstairs.

Great spot for soccer tournaments!

We had a soccer tournament in Raleigh. House is only 10-15 minutes from fields. Had 4 players stay with us. Comfortable and easy place to stay. Could walk to Food Lion if needed. Perfect place for what we needed.

Wonderful property

The driveway is steep, this is the only negative thing I can say. The property owner was very thorough with her communication of the check in process and other needed information. The pictures online are exactly as you see in person. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. My 12 yr old son enjoyed the game room and my 16 yr old daughter loved the hot tub after 3 softball games on Sat. Check out instructions were clearly communicated and it was gathering dirty linens and taking out the trash!! We will absolutely rent from this host again!
