The Space:
-View the Tower Americas from the porch and walk to it in 2 BLOCKS. Southtown has it all.
-Come stay and NEVER drive or pay for parking.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the riverwalk and 40+ restaurant, bars, and shops in Southtown all along Alamo St. Or walk three blocks to the Hemisfair Park, the Riverwalk, the Alamo in 4 blocks, Alamodome in 5 blocks and enjoy the perks of being close to it all.

The Neighborhood:
Lavaca is in "Southtown" directly connected to downtown San Antonio. Our Historic Neighborhood is the OLDEST in the city. The neighborhood is walkable and safe.

There are lots of cats in the neighborhood and we love them! Our neighbors rescue them and have hearts of gold. Please keep pets on leashes when out and about, thanks!

Getting Around:
* Close to everything, walk everywhere. * Uber is great, the scooters and e-bikes are nearby.
* 2 FREE parking spots: one in FRONT of the house and one in the driveway (park on the LEFT side!). If you have large vehicles park them at the top of our block on Indianola Street.

Other Things to Note:
We have cameras outside and at the door looking out. We have a house alarm. We will give you the door code prior to check in.

** PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet friendly! There's an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet. Pet restrictions to only allow cats & dogs. Please reach out to the host with any further questions! **
