With an abundance of outdoor activities within minutes of this home, you will have plenty of things to do. Walk or bike to Lunch Loops hiking and mountain bike trails or Colorado National Monument. The heart of Grand Junction is only six and a half miles away from your front door, so don't hesitate to load your car and experience endless fantastic restaurants, great shops, stores, and attractions, including Western Colorado Botanical Gardens, Bananas Fun Park, Mesa Theater, Museum Of The West, Museums Of Western Colorado, and more.

When you're not out exploring all that Grand Junction has to offer, inside you will find a bright and welcoming entryway with multiple living options right in front of you. Choose to cozy up on the extensive sofa while the warmth of the fireplace keeps you nice and cozy and watch your favorite show in one direction or challenge your partner to a game of foosball in another. There's a desk available for use should you need to get some work in while you're here, too. The chef of the family will have a blast preparing delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed! And if you would like to step it up a notch, head outside to enjoy a nice barbecue thanks to the provided gas grill. The gorgeous back patio boasts a nice seating/dining area and two cornhole sets - get ready for a friendly game of cornhole and decide who is going to do the dishes next!

The whole family will have a place to rest their heads with five great-sized bedrooms. The primary suite is tucked away in the corner of this beautiful home, offering more privacy. The primary bathroom includes double sinks, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
