Very nice home

I would have rated this a 5 but this is a new very nice home that has some issues internally and almost felt as if the construction didn’t get completed before they decided to rent it. The shower door in the master bedroom was in the closet. The toilet paper holders in all The bathrooms were non existent. The blinds in the bedrooms were cheap and the two front wouldn’t even pull down so you had no privacy in those rooms. There was no blow dryer in the home and most places we’ve used there have the toiletries you need like you get at a hotel weren’t there. The hot tub was 1/2 way full which wasn’t a problem for us except there was no hose for us to fill it so we could use it so i had to buy a hose because no one came to fill it after i sent a notice to the prop manager. Since this listing on this property promotes the hot tub so prominently, u would expect it to be ready when one arrives. Investing a few small upgrades changes would make this a very nice place to rent.

Comfortable

This home was so comfortable. It had plenty of space, was simple, clean and organized. It was the perfect spot with everything we needed for a large family to have a very relaxing vacation. The hot tub and community pool were great too!

Beautiful home

Beautiful property. Lots of beds and bathrooms for larger groups. Beds were comfy. Game room was just basketball and ping pong. But the whole reason we rented this property was for the private hot tub, which we were unable to use due to it being filthy. The water was green and stinky. Contacted property management about it immediately. Was asked to send pics which I did and then nothing. They never addressed the hot tub issue again. They Skirted the issue all weekend. They were more concerned with the Wi-Fi which also wasn’t working the whole weekend. Due to the Wi-Fi not working no TV in the bedrooms were usable. It’s like the house wasn’t ready and set up to be rented yet. I wouldn’t rent this property again solely based on the interaction we had with the management company. Had they addressed the hot tub issue and had it taken care of during our stay so we could use it at least one night I would give them a second chance. I will never rent a property being managed by this company again.
