About this property

The nautical theme of this 2 bedroom/2 bath Gulf front unit invites you to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sandy white beaches. The open floor plan allows maximum enjoyment and comfort for you and your guests. The primary bedroom, overlooking the Gulf and beach, has a King-size bed, built-in closets and storage as well as an ensuite bath with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features two Queen size beds, built-in closets and storage, as well as an ensuite bath with vanity and tub/shower combo. The living area has a Queen sofa sleeper, a loveseat and a swivel rocker; the dining area has a round table with seating for four and a pull-out bar with seating for two more. The fully equipped kitchen allows for cooking your meals if you choose to stay-in rather than eat-out. The adjacent laundry closet features a full-size washer and dryer.

Come stay with us and all that Pinnacle Port has to offer with its two swimming pools (one is indoor/outdoor), shuffleboard courts, bocci ball, basketball, tennis and pickle ball. For those who love the water, there is a boat ramp for launching your boat, kayak or canoe into beautiful Lake Powell, along with a boat dock for docking your watercraft or for fishing. Pinnacle Port is located on the edge of the West End of Panama City and is close to shopping and entertainment at the area shops, Pier Park, and 30-A.

Winter monthly rentals are not allowed in this unit. Guests are welcome to rent daily/weekly.

Wonderful vacation property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pinnacle Port at PCB are our family's favorite place to stay on the beach. Lake Powell runs closeby, and there are always crabs and fish catch. C1 301 is a nice unit, but the AC does not adequately cool the bedrooms ir the common areas. The thermostat had little bearing on the unit temperature. The beds, icemaker, and furniture was nice and well maintained. The unit was clean. The bathrooms need a few more towel hooks. Great location, nice unit if the AC is fixed to adequately cool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time!! The condo was clean and had a lot of storage. My only complaint was the sofa sleeper. It had some very yucky stains and we ended up not being able to use it! Everything else was great! We would book this unit again!
