Close to Beach

Nick is a great host and quick to respond. He also allowed me to add an additional guest at no charge and provided a birthday balloon and welcome for my daughter's birthday. I think I should have read the details closer when booking as I thought the pool was with the house and it is not. I was also surprised by the neighborhood- it is pretty old and not how I imagined a beach town to be. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the air when we arrived and pornography channels left up from previous guests so not what I wanted my teen and her friends to experience. The house was clean and well stocked. Entry was super easy. Very close to the beach and convenient to restaurants, movie theatre, etc.

Biketoberfest

From start to finish was was amazing. Nick communicated with me immediately on any questions I had. Was very understanding to a small confusion on my end, and made accommodations immediately for me and my guests. The home is beautiful, and the location was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
