Comfortable lower unit with full kitchen, two bedrooms, plenty of natural light, in-unit laundry, a desk with monitor and keyboard for digital nomads looking to work. House has high speed fiber internet. Off street parking included with your stay, as well as bike storage in the entrance room.

The upstairs unit has a separate tenant. There are no shared spaces between the lower and upper unit with the exception of sharing the garbage and recycling bins outside of the home. It is expected that you respect a nighttime quiet hour between 10:00pm and 6:00 am.
