Wonderful 5 bedroom home completely renovated 2021 with 3200 sq.ft on the lagoon with heated pool and amazing bay views! One bedroom is on the first floor.. Bask in the sun on the deck or the 218 ft of waterfront with a floating dock. Enjoy your dining outdoors with plenty of seating complete with fire pit and private hot tub. dining outside for 8-10 inside dining for 6. There are 5 TV's for your enjoyment.
Pillows , blankets and 4 bikes are provided for your convenience. Beach passes are not provided, you can walk 1-block , ride a bike or park at the ramp .
Owner prefers tenant take damage insurance with lower security $1000 due to cost if pool equipment is damaged. If declined, security is $2000
