Welcome to Calming Tides 402, your luxury Oceanfront condo at the newly built Aruba Condominiums. From the moment you step inside you will find yourself in the lap of luxury. We know that while vacationing, just as important as a nice stroll on the beach is a good night rest. All beds at Calming Tides feature only the best mattresses, pillows and down comforters, including Boll & Branch sheets. The spacious 4 bedroom unit also features 3 bathrooms, a luxury kitchen and a beautiful living area where you can enjoy each other’s company or just stretch out and take a nap with the nice ocean breeze. Pool, Hot Tub & Beach ramp have been closed for restoration due to damages sustained to seawall from hurricanes Ian and Nicole. Below is an update of current status. Hurricane Remediation Update as of 2/15/24

- Seawall reconstruction was completed on 2/15/24.
- Beach ramp reconstruction will begin week of 2/25/24 and is expected to be complete by 3/31/24.
- Pool and hot tub restoration will begin week of 2/25/24 and is expected to be complete by 4/15/24.
- Perimeter fence and paver installation will begin week of 3/17/24 and is expected to be complete by 4/15/24.
- Landscaping installation will begin week of 4/27/24 and is expected to be complete by 4/30/24.

Vacation with family

Start off by saying WoW what an amazing stay with Calming Tides. This 4br didn’t disappoint comfortable the prettiest views in Daytona. Checkin and booking with ease. We can not wait for our next stay at this beautiful property.

BIG DAVE's Best Vacation of 2024!

Hands down an amazing property, what a view; been to many and this one is. #1! The overall accommodations from the yummy sheets & fluffy pillows, along with the detailed decorations are fantastic. The BEST family trip we could have asked for

Traveling with kids can be very complicated, but this condo was more than ready to accommodate all our craziness. First, I can start saying I was in love with the furniture. My sister is an interior designer, and I had to FaceTime her to show how gorgeous and well furnished this place was. Second, for somebody who travels heavy (kids), having the bunk bed room was amazing. Kids had so much fun in that room! Sometimes we’d even forget they’re with us because they didn’t want to leave their room. Third, we do not only travel with “kids”, we travel with teenagers, and if you don’t have one, let me tell you, they are hard to please. Weirdly or not, they loved how they could have their private time away from the kiddos and still have fun with us. It crossed our mind before finishing booking this condo to get a hotel, and I am so glad we didn’t. The condo was so spacious that it accommodated all our kids and us with the option of still having our private time. We love traveling, and I can tell you with certainty that we never had a stayed this good before. Have I mentioned about the amazing welcome bag?! No hotel could stand a chance! Beautiful views, amazing restaurants near by, great places to have a drink with a walking distance, a fun karaoke, and much more! Kids are already asking when we’re staying at the condo in Daytona Beach again! Thank you for the amazing stay and all the thoughts you guys put together to make our time so special! Calming Tides, we’ll see back soon!
