This gorgeous Mediterranean Villa is just a short distance from the beach! This 5-bedroom 4 bath, 2 living rooms house features 3600 square feet of luxury living space. Perfect for a beachside vacation in the Sunny Florida. A short walking distance from the Ocean. This villa is situated in a resort style location surrounded by unique restaurants, grocery stores, cafe’s and all kinds of shopping. Nearby activities include swimming, kayaking, pedal boarding, water skiing, surfing and other water sports. Also available Fishing, Golf, Cycling and Scuba diving or snorkeling. If you are here for a longer vacation you can drive down to Merritt Island Preserves, Disney Parks and Kennedy Space center within an 60 to 90 minutes. We will provide you with a launch schedule to watch a Rocket launch from the comfort of your balcony or driveway.

The property: This property can accomodate a minimum of 15 guests. Master Bedroom: King Bed | single bed l Bedroom 2: King bed | Bedroom 3: King Bed | Bedroom 4: King Bed and Twin Bed | Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds (sleeps 4 total) | Living Room: Couch, air mattresses can be added to upstairs and downstairs living rooms to accomodate more guests.

There is enough sleeping space for 15 to 18 people. Beds with hotel-style firm mattresses guaranteed to give you a great night sleep. Smart TVs in every room, Ping pong table and exercise equipment in the garage, corn hole in the backyard. Plenty of board games and other entertainment for family fun.

Family spring break

Nice neighborhood. House well maintained (but loud with no carpet or drapes - and you can hear every step someone takes upstairs) Disappointed in the lack of kitchen amenities/supplies. It was nice to have a few games and some beach toys and chairs. Overall a nice VRBO.

Nice location

The house is in a good location. It’s close to restaurants and the beach. We had 11 total guest, and only 9 washcloths in the house to use. So it would have been nice if we were given that information ahead of time to plan accordingly. Also, we had to wash several dishes that had been put away dirty.

Lovely home, but…

This home is beautiful and the location was perfect for our needs. I so appreciated the hosts letting us check in early so we could unload our luggage to make room for the rest of our party in our car, after we picked them up at the airport. The bad news is this was one of the worst stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed in. If you rent this place be prepared to take your own wine glasses, Kleenex, wash cloths, spices/seasonings, laundry soap, shower gel/body wash (there was some men’s in the master shower, but nothing for women), storage bags, & many other items that I’ve now forgotten since our stay. The towels were very cheap and tiny. Just seemed such a shame to have such a classy home, so sparsely stocked. Also, there was a fairly large leak in the garage, which didn’t seem new, and it was dripping right down on the ping pong table. When I let the host know, he mentioned that he would have it fixed right away.

A group of long term local friends/engineers enjoy bike riding, surfing and hanging out in the cafe's and walking on the beach.

Why they chose this property

with in few yards of the house there are cafe', restaurants, bakeries and smoothie shops.
There is always easterly breezes and gives a small town resort feeling yet close to the art district, Melbourn Orlando International (MLB) airport to an international experience within an hour of driving to Disney parks, NASA museums, Merritt Island Preserve. Near by Cruise ports to enjoy weekend cruises to long term cruises.
