"The Art Studio" This memorable place is anything but ordinary.
Located next to a bar PLEASE DO NOT rent if your going to give us a poor rating because it is next to a bar. READ more about this property under "The space" below. Most younger guest really enjoy this location and have no problem with it being next to the well known Hookah Bar.
Not your traditional apartment. Located on the Washington Corridor known for lively restaurants and nightclubs this art studio is next to a nightclub and has the potential for music playing loud until 2am some nights. The loft has a low ceiling good for sleeping not standing!

Very Disappointed

Overall I was extremely disappointed. The listing said there was a hot tub, there was not. The cleaning person was still there when we got there and said she was running late. The property owner didn't respond for hours after I messaged them. The ceiling was covered in what looked like trashbags that were attached with tacks.

Minimal But Cozy

Stayed here with three friends on a college trip. Location was as advertised (next to bar) but didn’t find the noise to be very loud or troublesome, even over the weekend. One thing to note is there is black tarp across the ceiling which felt a little odd/exposed but no real complaints.

As advertised

Nice location and a perfect spot for me over the holidays with my moms house full of siblings. With all the bar hoppers, it needs a black out curtain for late night privacy, but the light filtering curtains didn’t bother me. Amazing price!
