Great property

This property was a very clean, spacious and comfortable place for me, my teen daughter and one of her friends! And the back patio and deck area would make you not want to leave! It was a very beautiful and quiet location and i would only wish that we had more than 2 days! I would definitely not only recommend it but will try to go there again when we go back this summer. The owners were very accomidating and communicated with us all through the process!

Great location! Well appointed.

We loved taking the kayaks on the river to the Upper Deck restaurant and Roger’s Park. It was Spring Break and very busy and fun. The apartment had everything we needed. Fridge, W/D, comfy bed and pull out sofa, TV, soft towels, A/C. Being right on the water and having a lovely outdoor area to ourselves was amazing!

Manatee Experience

My girl friend and I stayed 4 days. Owners are very responsive. Room was perfect for us. Very clean. Loved being able to kayak the channels. Saw manatees & dolphins. Looking forward to visiting again!
