-Sofa Bed: Seating on sofa bed has a comfortable sofa cover while using it to lounge. Remove the sofa cover to use as a twin bed as it already is set with linens.
Under this sofa bed is a pull out twin bed, with linens, for a total of 2 twin beds.
-Lift top marble table for convenience with eating or working in the living room.

-Ring Cameras in front and back of property.
-Touch key pad with your own personal code for entry and keys.

Fast High Speed WIFI included.
Non-Smoking. Will be charged $300 for extra cleaning, smoking fee.
Events or Parties will be fined and shut down. Fine $1,000.

If you plan on having anyone visit or stay at the property that has not been mentioned in the booking they must be approved prior to coming.

Anything left behind is subject to a $25 fee on top of shipping costs. Must be reclaimed within 24 hours of checking out.

Any guests that are booking without prior reviews or less than 4.8 stars are subject to a $100 security deposit.
