Both my husband & I lived in Scottsdale Arizona most of our lives. We both attended elementry & high school here as well as our children did. We love our neighborhood & are excited to share it with others. Also we believe our dogs are important part of our family & they do often travel with us. That is why this place is open to families who feel the same way.

Why they chose this property

This is our neighborhood & want to share all what it has to offer to others. The beautiful surroundings,nice Fall, Winter & Spring weather, fine dining, entertainment & shopping. Also not to forget the Baseball Spring Training season for those Baseball fans

This property has several wonderful aspects. Its all on one single level, private covered patio w/ BBQ, 2- beach cruiser, 3 parking spaces & STEPS to the lake & park.
