Indoor & outdoor comfort. Luxury Glamping with custom touches in a fully renovated Rv. This campsite is over an acre & bordered by USFS/TVA land. Well stocked, pristine kitchen, all the small appliances & utensils you might need. Microwave, 2 burner induction cooktop, coffeemaker, ref./freezer. Indoor & Outdoor living & dining. Living area has a new 40" TV, twin daybed, comfy chairs, & DVD'S.
Private B/r, queen size bed w/Gel mattress & latex foam topper, extra linens, pillows & plush blankets. Living area w/daybed, comfy seating & cozy throws. Library & 40" HD Roku TV & lots of DVD's. Wifi.
Fans, space heaters are stored in b/r closet. Bath features separate toilet closet, large shower, vanity w/mirror. Hot showers with on-demand water heater, central A/c, 5 skylights, exhaust fans & window screens. Courtyard area with seating, sun loungers, patio umbrella, dining table, fire pit & Weber grill, (charcoal, lighters, BBQ Tools, grilling pans). Play area & covered pergola. Fire pit, plenty of kindling on the ground. There is a deer run behind the rv, follow it to hike. Terrain is steep and rolling. You will be on USFS/TVA land, follow federal guidelines. No removal of arrowheads, moss, or ginseng. Beware of snakes & stinging insects. This is not a city park, you are in the woods.

Peaceful

This glamping experience was my first, but won’t be my last. Everything I could have needed was supplied by host. I saw deer, turkeys and a box turtle. Host was very responsive to any questions or needs.

Beautiful retreat

Property was the perfect peaceful experience we were looking for. Nature lover's paradise, we literally had deer in the yard our first night. Everything we could have asked for was provided, and then some. Will absolutely book this one again!
