Unable to access property and host was unresponsive

I realized on the day of my arrival that I had not been provided with access instructions so I reached out to the host early in the morning. It wasn't until I contacted customer service and they reached out to him that he responded (over TWO HOURS AFTER CHECK IN). I had called him directly SEVERAL times and messaged twice. Also, we had headed to the address on the VRBO booking only to find out that the address on the booking and confirmation is not the correct address! He didn't disclose the address until he got back to us with the access information. This was very unprofessional and very unsafe. The rest of the stay, however, was good.

Great Stay!

Very Nice house, very roomy, with alot of upgrades! Had lots of entertainment!! Arcade PacMan machine, Star Wars pinball machine, and Massage chair was a Big plus! Impressed! Had great family time playing board games and making good food. Pool was lots of fun for family and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood

This vacation rental is furnished in simple, yet elegant decor giving it the feel of a hotel. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is close to Disneyland and has good amenities for cooking meals. The only issue we experienced was at check-in because the VRBO confirmation had a different address from the instructions sent by the owner. The owner's instructions had an address listed that sounded like it was to be used for package delivery but in fact was the actual rental property. Luckily the address listed in the VRBO confirmation was only a few miles from the rental property.
