The rental price includes internet, water and utilities. Great temporary home while waiting to relocate. The home is nicely furnished and has a washer /dryer. Storage shed for bicycle or.... Great roads for bike rides. Kayak launch about 2 miles from home. Minutes to Stone Tree Golf Course, pickleball, tennis and Bocce ball. Mountain bike trails are minutes away. Marin Beaches are close by. Muir Woods, Stinson Beach,Point Reyes and hiking trails galore. Enjoy the Farmers Markets, Smart Train to ferry to San Francisco. A variety of charming restaurants are minutes from our home. Whole Foods, TraderJoes, cafe's minutes from our home.

All utilities included in rental price. No smoking in the home. The home is lovely, private. It has a nice large front porch and private yard. Better monthly rate for longer term.
